Terms of Service

Who we are

Black Queen (and Hearts) is run by Black Queen Games ("we"). By opening the game or using it inside another service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the game

• It is free, and there are no accounts. You play under any name you type; you do not need to use your real one.
• It is for personal, non-commercial play with friends and bots. There are no prizes, no money and no gambling.
• You may share links, screenshots and videos of your games.
• If you are young, please play with a parent or guardian's knowledge, and use a nickname.

Be decent, play fair

• No harassment, hate, threats, impersonation or offensive names. Names may be filtered, and we may remove a player or a room that causes trouble.
• No cheating tools, automated players, attacks on the game or its servers, or copying the service at scale.
• Do not try to find or use other players' seats, secret links or private information.

The game may change or stop

We provide the game "as is", without promises. It may be unavailable, change, or end at any time, and rooms expire on their own (see the privacy page). Scores and streaks kept on your device are just for fun and can be lost.

Other services

Black Queen can also be played inside other services such as Discord or CrazyGames. Their terms and privacy rules apply there as well, alongside these.

Ownership

The game, its code, cards and artwork belong to Black Queen Games or its creators. You may play and share it, but you may not copy it and present it as your own.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, a free game. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Your data

What we keep, and for how long, is explained on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

If we change these terms we will change the date below. Questions: hi@metamug.com.
